Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Different events are ticketed in different ways, you should check our website for details of what your ticket entitles you to on your specific event.

Cancellations

Where possible, we will try to accommodate any change in plans that you may have, and this includes refunds if you are unable to attend. We will also try our best to move you to another time or date if your plans change.e Please email us or contact us by telephone for help.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. You are permitted book on behalf of friends or family for a gift ticket.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
